Counsellor George Lutterodt has declared a spiritual warfare to kill all homosexuals and lesbians in the country.

He said although significant efforts have been made by the church and government to ban the sexual act, it has rather gained more grounds.

Speaking on Adom FM’s morning show, the controversial marriage counsellor said a reason for the increase, was the introduction of same-sex schools in the country, poor parenting and lack of discipline in the homes.

His comments follow claims that some young boys claiming to be homosexuals at Tarkwa in the Western region sent recruitment to churches to help do publicity.

According to Counselor Lutterodt, Ghana is sitting on a ticking time bomb and that gays clubs can be found in all nooks and crannies in the country.

He charged all Christians to launch a spiritual warfare to ensure all traces of homosexuality are eradicated spiritually before they come out public with their sexuality.

He was of the opinion that being gay is a physical disease thus the one involved should be beaten if we want them to change their ways.

“Anybody who is a gay has a mental problem. And they are sick, they don’t need prayer, they need beatings. Someone has to be radical and beat them,” he expressed.

Counselor Lutterodt said he would be going on a school tour to education students on sexuality to ensure they don’t fall victims.
